Simultaneous MBA/MS in either CEM or BC
Partnering with the Pamplin College of Business, the MLSoC offers a simultaneous degree option at the master's level. Students now have the opportunity to earn both an MBA and an MS in either Construction Engineering & Management or Building Construction in two years.

Process
There are many ways to achieve a Dual or Simultaneous Degree. We encourage all interested candidates to contact our office to set up an appointment to learn more about the specific planning process.
- You must gain admission to each department that you seek to study and earn your graduate degrees from. You must apply to both the Construction Management and the MBA programs (please note, the applications to each graduate program will be unique - you will need to complete each departments required forms).
- Upon acceptance, organize and gain approval for your plan of study. Please note, to do this we ask that you meet with the academic advisor for each degree being earned to confirm the outline and specific timing of your courses.
- Once a plan of study is approved by each department, you will need to file the simultaneous degree application form ($45 processing fee will apply)
