Saw blades buzz, hammers pound and a 3-D printer whirs as students in Virginia Tech's Build Lab convert ideas into physical reality. Two senior building construction majors in the College of Architecture and Urban Studies, Matthew Harrington and Rex Holmes, have dedicated themselves to expanding the lab's capacity.
