Principal Faculty Member JT Taylor received 2011 Paper of the Year Award from the Project Management Journal

J.T. Taylor: Recipient of the 2011 Paper of the Year Award - Project Management JournalProfessor John E. Taylor has received the 2011 Paper of the Year Award from the Project Management Journal. He attended PMI's Annual Conference in Limerick, Ireland to receive it from Peter Monkhouse, Chairman of the Project Management Institute's Board of Directors and from Christophe Bredillet, Editor-in-Chief of the Project Management Journal. The paper was co-authored with Dr. Pauli Alin, who is now a postdoc from the Helsinki University of Technology currently visiting Dr. Taylor's group at VT and by Professor Riitta Smeds also from the Helsinki University of Technology. The paper is entitled "Knowledge Transformation in Project Networks: A Speech Act Level Cross-Boundary Analysis" and it provides readers with an understanding of knowledge transformation processes and outcomes in project networks.
