Job Location:Culpeper, VA & Charlottesville, VA
Employment Status:Full Time
Required Education:4 year college degree in building construction or civil engineering
Required Qualifications:We are currently seeking candidates with a proven background in estimating heavy earthwork and civil construction projects.  Candidates shall be team players with strong interpersonal skills, ethics and the ability to respond, adjust and adapt quickly to our clients demands.   We offer an above average compensation and benefits package including paid vacation, bonus potential and 401K.  Faulconer Construction is a drug-free workplace and all employment is based on successfully passing our standard pre-employment drug test required of all Faulconer Employees.     
Preferred Qualifications:Experience with HCSS, Agtek, Autocad and MS Office applications will be helpful.

Position duties and responsibilities include detailed take-off and estimating, writing of proposals and bids for new work and major modifications to existing projects; regular interaction with clients, subs and vendors; assisting in the project development, planning and scheduling processes; attending pre-bid site visits and providing support for the project management team upon award.
