North Carolina Signs Mid-Currituck Pre-PPP Agreement

The North Carolina Turnpike Authority (NCTA) announced yesterday the execution of a pre-development agreement (PDA) for preliminary steps toward the new Mid-Currituck Bridge, a 7-mile structure connecting the state’s Outer Banks islands with the mainland.
