Commercial Close for $1B Port of Miami Tunnel PPP

Property-Tax Resolution Opens Door for Florida PPP

Yesterday Florida’s governor signed into law the wide-ranging transportation bill CS/HB 1213, among whose provisions is a clause exempting PPP concessionaires from property taxes on their facilities:
