Biography

I reside in Roanoke, Virginia with my wife and two children. While my education and work experience does not reflect a background in construction, I have maintained a strong personal interest in both design and construction for many years. My love of the built environment and interest in the issues that affect sustainable development have drawn me to pursue a graduate degree through the Myers-Lawson School of Construction.

Research Interests

- Policy and code issues affecting sustainable community development.
- Implementation of innovative materials and methods in sustainable construction systems.
